Is looking forward to this new year and hopes that it is more fruitful academically than 2011 (given the heap of medical issues my family experienced). This has been the year of injuries, births, surgeries and hospital stays. Let's hope my back/leg at least doesn't get worse, and that little Charlie's kidney responds to the surgery.
